Timely
Goals require set time frames and parameters in which to help channel the goal into a timley and successful outcome. Determine a target date and work towards it. A target date should allow for some flexibility, however you want to determine a date which is realistic to the goal.
Setting S-M-A-R-T goals provides a measure of accountability to assisting you in helping to define your purpose. The purpose of using S-M-A-R-T goals helps to set you up for success.
